You are not required to respond to each offer that we send out. These are simply notifications of opportunities that you told us you might be interested in, geographically.

However, we do have a feature that allows you to reject hearings! Via this tool, you can tell us that you are not available and why. It could be due to a conflict with the defendant, another appointment you already had set up, Or maybe you want a higher fee because the court is further away.

All of those are great reasons to reject. Rejection is a good thing in our world, it gives us information. If you want a higher fee, you can reject the hearing and insert the requested fee you desire.

To reject a hearing, you can visit the hearing on the web site and hit the Reject button. From there, you can put in your reason and a desired fee (if applicable). We will use that information help refine our search for this hearing. In addition, rejecting will stop any further notifications from being sent to you about that particular hearing.

Some hearing emails you get will even have 'quick reject' links, you can take advantage of. These are set amounts within the range of the hearing, that may make it more worth your while!

Please start rejecting us today. We will still be friends. Promise.
