After completing your hearing, you will need to log in to your attorney account on our website (Docketly) to submit the hearing report. Please do not send results of the hearing via fax or email.

Select the hearing covered from your homepage, fill out the report, and save. We ask that all reports be submitted within 24 hours of the hearing.

Step by Step Instructions

On your Home screen, you will click the orange "File Report" button on the top left to see your list of hearing reports due and completed.

Click on the hearing for which you would like to submit the report.

Click on the orange "Report Hearing Results" button.

Fill out the Hearing Report and click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: Some hearing types ask an additional question – "Was a Mini-Miranda Given?" Drop-down options = Yes or No. If the attorney did not give a mini-miranda, he/she can state why now in the narrative notes. (i.e. Mini Miranda not given because I had no communication with the debtor at any time and did not respond to the court after debtor stated his defense.)

Once you have filled in the report form and click save, you will have the opportunity to upload attachments if needed. By clicking the "Attachments" button on the left hand side.

Once your report is uploaded/saved in our system, your account will be credited the appropriate attorney fee.  If you attend the hearing but fail to complete the hearing report, within 24 hours, we may decrease the hearing fee by half.
