What to do if you want to close your account and no longer work with Docketly

We understand that sometimes things change.  If at any point, something changes for you and you no longer choose to be a part of Docketly’s community, please create a ticket informing us.  It would also be appreciated if you could include the reason you’re leaving, so as to keep a record incase you wish to come back!

Though, perhaps you just want to receive fewer notifications, receive notifications for different locations, or want us to make some other changes for you.  We can help you with that as well with no need to disable your account.  

 

To close your account:

  1. Log in to your home page.

  2. Click on the "Ticket" button on the left column.

  3. Create ticket stating that you would like to close your account with a brief explanation.

  4. We will close it for you and notify you when it's completed.

Once you have made your request, one of our staff members will disable your account and notify you that your request has been completed.   All of your future appearances will be deleted, unless otherwise noted.

If, at anytime in the future, you would like to resume working with us at Docketly, please email or call us at (800) 910 1492 and we will happily look into re-activating your account.
