Why getting points matters

We at Docketly have a level system for our attorneys.

When it is time to notify eligible attorneys about a hearing in their area, we use this system of levels as part of our order of notifications. Attorneys with more points are given a small time buffer (less than an hour) to select the offered hearing if interested. If not, the next level of attorneys will be notified.

We notify in waves so it's not always just one attorney at a time. Attorneys at the same levels of points get notified simultaneously.

Additionally, attorneys cannot simply rest on their past performance to keep their level. The point window rolls every 90 days to allow new attorneys in an area a shot at rising to the next level.

Attorneys fall into 5 different levels:

Black 100000 points

Platinum 50000 points

Gold 25000 points

Silver 10000 points

Bronze 5000 points

The handbook article on how points are gained or lost can be viewed here: Rewards (Points)
