Why Didn’t I Get a Notification for a Remote Hearing?

If you didn’t receive a notification for a remote (telephonic or virtual) hearing, you’re not alone—and it’s not necessarily a system issue!

If you didn’t receive a notification for a remote (telephonic or virtual) hearing, you’re not alone—and it’s not necessarily a system issue!

In many cases, notifications for remote hearings are limited or restricted based on client preferences. Some clients choose to send these opportunities only to a select group of attorneys. This might be due to:

  • Confidential case details

  • Preferred coverage history

  • Specific compliance requirements

  • Short-notice dockets

Because of that, not all remote hearings are broadcasted to the full attorney network, even if you’re eligible for remote appearances in general.

If you believe you should have received a notification or want to make sure your preferences are set up correctly, feel free to create a support ticket for better assistance—we’re happy to help!
