Compliance is a big deal in our business and will only continue to become more important as our industry grows.

There are several documents we suggest you upload or fill out and several our Performance Team pulls for you on the back end.

This documentation can either be uploaded through the Compliance section of your Attorney home page, or provided via a ticket to our Support Team. Once we receive it, the documentation is then reviewed and validated by our Performance Team

There are two places to see missing compliance documentation.

There is the Compliance and Training widget on your Attorney Home Page. It will show you any incomplete documentation or training as well as provide some links to more information. Once all tasks have been completed the widget will disappear from your home page. At the point that one or more of those compliance documents expire the widget will reappear on your home page letting you know to update those documents.

There is also a page to directly access your Compliance documentation. You start at your attorney home page and click on the orange "Compliance" button on the left side of the screen.

This area will show you any documentation you have already uploaded with us as well as a copy of the Terms of Use , and your good standing information.

Documents we need you to provide or fill out:

  • Fill out your W-9

  • Upload a scan or picture of your bar card.

  • Submit any Certificate of Good Standing you may have

  • Upload Malpractice Insurance (if you have it)

  • Fill out our Background Check Authorization form

  • Provide a copy of your FDCPA Certification

  • Provide any Virtual Office Audit pictures

Documents our Performance Team regularly pulls and validates on your behalf:

  • Bar Directory Good Standing

  • Discipline History
