Your payment address is based on the information you entered into your W-9.
To update your payment address:
Open the green "Financial" button on the left hand side of the home screen then select "Taxes"
Under the "Submit New Tax Information" section you will see a W-9 to fill out and update.
Update all applicable information.
Draw a signature in the "Draw Your Signature" section using your mouse or finger (if on a tablet.)
Select the orange "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
To update your ACH information:
Open the green "Financial" button on the left hand side of the home screen then select "Banking"
Fill out all sections with your new banking information.
Select the orange "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to your ACH payment information should be in effect within a day, however, it will only apply to any hearings you complete moving forward. Previous unpaid hearings will be paid out under the old bank information or via paper check.
