So, you want to reject this hearing or request a higher fee? Please read on!

You are not required to respond to each notification that we send out via email or text. They are simply notifications of opportunities that you told us you might be interested in geographically.

But to help us out, when you are not available, let us know why.  And not via email or text!

We have a feature that allows you to reject hearings which tells us that you are not available and why.  Maybe it's a conflict with the defendant,  maybe you have another appointment,  or maybe you want a higher fee because the court is further away!  All of those are great reasons to reject.  Rejection is a good thing in our world.  It gives us information, after all.

To reject, you can visit the hearing on the web site and hit the reject button and put in your reason and a desired fee, if applicable.  We will use that information help refine our search for this hearing.

Some hearing emails you get even have quick reject links you can take advantage of. Those are even quicker, but in general function the same way.

Please start rejecting us today.  We will still be friends, promise.
