Occasionally, you may have a hearing that you want to cover, but you receive a 'Pool Block' exception. Pools are an exclusivity feature that allows you to join a list of pre-approved attorneys who exclusively cover a specific client's cases along with other approved attorneys. These pools have extra compliance requirements, which are listed below!

Please remember that this is different (and not to be confused with) preferred or favorited attorneys.

To be approved for the pool, you need a few things:

1. A Good Standing with the Bar on file.

2. A background check on file.

3. No debtor representation.

4. A resume on file.

Once you have these items in place, you can click "Cover" on any hearing with a pool requirement, which will send an email to the client user to request approval. If your request is approved by the client, you will receive an email letting you know you have been added to their pool and can cover their hearings.

Timeline:
Depending on the pool, creditor, and client, the pool requests vary at the time of acceptance.

Please note: If you receive pool approval, you will still need to log in and click 'cover' on the hearing you are interested in.

If you need assistance with any of the above compliance requirements or have any additional questions, please reach out to our support team via ticket or call at (800) 910-1492.
