Signing Up For ACH

This article contains information for attorneys who wish to enroll in ACH electronic payments

To Sign up for ACH:

You can go to this link https://docketly.com/ach to sign up directly or take the below-listed steps.

  1. Open the green "Financial" button on the left-hand side of the home screen then select "Banking"

  2. Fill out all sections with your banking information.

  3. Select the orange "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.

PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to your ACH payment information should be in effect within a day, however, it will only apply to any hearings you complete moving forward. Previous unpaid hearings will be paid out under the old bank information or via paper check.
