What is Autopay?
Autopay is a feature that will automatically apply your preferred payment method to invoices that are due.
If you have been blocked from posting hearings because Autopay isn't set up, follow these steps.
Autopay Setup
The Autopay setup has two steps: setting up a preferred method of payment in your Wallet and turning Autopay on.
Wallet
Like all your other information related to money, the Wallet can be found in the "Financial" list. You can use your wallet to pay invoices electronically or to set up Autopay.
Click on the little green arrow next to the word "Financial" to see the full menu.
Click on the button labeled "Wallet". You will find it at the bottom of the list.
You will be taken to the Wallet page. Here, you can add a credit card, a bank account, or both.
Please note: Setting up a bank account can take several business days due to the verification process.
After you added all desired payment methods, you can delete, update, or set the default. In the example below, the bank account is set as a default payment method but you could set any of the credit cards by simply clicking on the link next to it.
Note: There are additional fees for payments via credit cards.
Autopay
Once your Wallet is all set up, go ahead and turn on Autopay at the bottom of the Wallet page.
Congratulations! Your Autopay is all set!
