Is there an optimal time to post hearings? Yes! We keep track of everything and our smart system provides a wide variety of metrics. One that is particularly important to you is MTTP, or Mean Time to Post.

Our data tells us that the best time to post a hearing is within 5-7 days ahead of the hearing date. This will allow you to use your favorite attorneys and give the covering attorney adequate time to prepare.

What if my hearing isn't ready to post?

The 5-7 day time slot is recommended, not required. With our efficient system and a nationwide attorney network, we can cover hearings that are posted closer to the hearing date. The 5-7 day window is just the amount of time that works best.
