If you notice your Docketly website acting a bit different than normal, such as causing trouble with selecting from dropdown menus when posting a hearing, this could be an indication that your accessibility settings are switched on.
Look on the right-hand side of your screen for an orange circle with a stick figure; if there is a checkmark that means these settings are actively affecting your Docketly interface.
To get your website back to normal operation, click on the orange circle, and in the pop-up window, there is a button to "Reset Settings" on the top left corner.
After you reset your settings, the website will refresh and there shouldn’t be any further issues. Any time you see the checkmark indicated on the orange circle and notice the website is acting differently, you can just reset the accessibility settings and you will be good to go.
